First off its been a wile so good day,looking for your thoughts on a coil MSD I hear good things about that coil.i have electronic ing 4 pin ballast.but dont know what part # i need,also is there a better one, things change to fast now a days.thanks gang.

@halifaxhops is top notch on that stuff.
 
Currently on the Barracuda I’ve got a 4 pin hei and a msd 12vdc coil. Painted it satin black and it works great. Looks factory other than requiring a true 12vdc (or more voltage) bought it from Summit. Call their tech assist and they can give you the part number. They knew exactly what I was doing and why. Long wait but they are pretty good.
 
The Mopar 4pin bal res for the coil is 0.5 ohm. If you want to use an MSD coil [ or any other coil ], it HAS to be designed for use with a 0.5 ohm bal res. The resistance of bal res varies, has to match the coil.
 
The old Accel yellow Super Coil is top notch. They are kinda expensive now, but the part number is 140001.
