Bummer!!! I guess it's just fall fling only for October.

At one of the local junior colleges...kinda knew it was coming, but still disappointed.
Consider who is in charge of approving or cancelling and it will be clear as to how this happened.

(What i believe)
I am vacinated, and ware a real N95 mask when indoors in public. That is my choice and what i feel is appropriate to protect me and my family.
I practice risk management. Outdoors in the fresh air has minimal risk.
There is always risk in everything we do.
I am sure the reason for canceling any shows or other events is liberal over reaction to the new normal.
Last year and this, Sturgis was claimed to be a "super spreader" event yet the data does not support that.
At my daughters collage in SD there is a rise in covid cases. Well duh, kids come from all over and brought to one location and live in close quarters, of course there will be an increase in cases. Doesn't mean there is a problem.

The answer is much simpler but still disappointing- lack of communication with the members, poor leadership. Can't blame this on covid.
The main reason is FEAR! Plain and simple. As stated above “there is always risk in everything we do.”
