Collector car insurance, post FABO crash

I had a thread going before the last FABO crash. Anyway to recap. I have Hagerty now for my 68 Barracuda and my 69 Dart. But they keep increasing every year. So after some advise from you the members, I went with American Collector Car Ins. Hagerty wanted $725.00 for both I got it from American for $423.55. Saved over $300.00. And I increased the value of the Dart $5000.00. Thanks to you all for your help.
 
I made money in the last few years on mine. I have my collector car insurance with American National as well as my home insurance. If there's no claim I get a refund. The last few years, my refund was more than my car insurance premium buy a couple hundred. Check out ANPAC Chrome.
 
American Modern (AMIG) via Heacock Classic. Only one that will allow nitrous, although you get bumped up from "Modified" to "Heavily Modified" and pay more. They do allow 3000 or 6000 miles a year (won't sell only 1000 in the HM category), can't remember which, although my Year of Manufacture plates only allow 1000 miles which I don't come close to anyway.

Great. I hope you never find out how good Hagerty was when something happens. We have 5 cars with them.
 
So true, SGBARRACUDA. I would like to hear about claims, not the lowest prices. I know many have restrictions as mileage (mine is 2,000 a year), garage kept, alarm system, fire extinguisher handy, can only be used for car shows, parades, repairs and a primary, full coverage vehicle that can be stacked.
