Morning Guys and Happy Monday also MLK Day.
It's warm up to -5 so far but just nasty out there.
Got up at P o clock and looked outside and was snowing heavy.
The snow hasn't backed down at all and there is also a heavy wind to boot.
At one point I couldn't see the neighbours across the road because of the whiteouts.
Supposed to get at least a foot. Went from virtually nothing to Holy Crap in a short period of time. As predicted the 401 hwy going through Toronto is a **** show.
Thanks to whoever sent it our way lol

Boys are filling ping pong balls with polyester resin and dye making marbles for there little brothers and sisters.
Don't know how that's going to turn out but they wanted to try. lol

I never get in a hurry moving snow anymore.
Sitting at 47*f now, with winds of 36 mph, looking for a high of 55*, and winds of 50 mph later. The ugly starts tonight, temperature dropping off to 9*f, but the wind is expected to shift from the north, still 50 mph, wet snow, changing to snow and blowing snow, wind chill should make it feel like -13*. More snow and wind tomorrow high of 7* and wind chill -14, then back to 43* by Thursday.
Roller coaster weather for sure this year.

Wife and I went out and cleared the driveway. Snow was really deep getting out of the house and trying to walk to the garage.
Took us an hour and a half to do our driveway and I went up a few houses and did the side walks. At one point I was digging tunnels on the driveway where it had drifted in. All this plus a nasty wind as well.
The one shot of the back of the house id from the security camera. You can see the snow on the roof and the drift up along the house. The grass was green.

Now you have almost as much snow as we have, and we’re in for another 4 to 6 inches tonight and tomorrow
My back yard last week, no snow at all now.
**** Randy that's BBQ back yard kinda weather. I'll bring the steaks.
About the same here depends on the drifts.

I live in the bush doesn’t matter what the wind is doing snow falls straight down. What you see is what you get.
