It looks to me like the entire body is out of whack. Look at the door cutouts. Original Willys don't go clear down to floor level. The dash is AFU, and the windshield frame?? is home made. I doubt the hood is longer, but the fenders?? shortened?? set back?? And looks to me like the front tires are way far back from "supposed to"
 
Really a boxer engine? That is worse than Hogans goat!!!
 
There's not enough Jeep left to even worry with. All I see is a pile of scarp.
 
Looks like old Subaru wheels. Sad that a Jeep should be besmirched with Californian transplant, self righteous, full of them selves, fake hippie Subaru trash. As a life long old Jeep enthusiast, I say kill it with fire.

Sadly, I cannot disagree. I had a '50 CJ3A. It was all stock and would idle over a 12" curb. One of the most fun vehicles I ever had.
 
The front fenders and grill look like the only Jeep bits in the pictures. From the hood back looks like it was built in refrigeration/sheet metal shop.
