I think I have seen these somewhere, but cannot recall what they are or where they belong.
They are from my disassembled (by someone else) 1970 Duster 340.

Rear bumper guard?. Between bumper, below tail light Looks similar to my 69 Dart car I finished few years ago.
 
Yes, so the bumper doesn't crash into the quarter panel when the jack is used, screwed to the body, bumper underneath
 
Just checked my rear-ended 70 duster, one was missing, one was there, both are needed, especially with stainless hardware. Great thread , I know I've seen these over the years, but did not realize I needed them. After the incident I was to traumatized to notice little things like these.
