[WANTED] 4.80 bell housing

A body small block or big block
i have an A body 4 speed transmission i need a bell housing for
 
Could you change the front bearing support and use the original
size smaller hole factory bellhousing?

I have a couple = they have the smaller hole
 
I also have 2 4.35 bell housings
Not sure if you can change the retainer
Does anybody know?

I would suggest borrowing one and trying it or taking
it off and measuring the bearing size.

However, I am NOT a Stick Guy!

If the transmission has a 3.70" bolt pattern on the bearing retainer then you can change to the 4.35" outside diameter retainer. If it has a 4.16" bolt pattern then you cannot change to the 4.35" retainer.
