Ahh nice, them and PST are bout $20 different but pst has free shipping which matters :) will compare.. Mancini is bout 10 miles from me but i work during their hours :(
 
Not sure, but I ALWAYS call them to actually make sure the part is in stock. Their site is not always updated
Yeah.. their site isn't great.. it messed up on me when i ordered ajustable pushrods for measuring mine.. ended up and paid for 3 sets...

Bah.. no one answering at PST.. will call back... never had brand new steering before :) not that it matters... will be clearcoating the box to keep it pretty though...

P.S. if i'm reading right i can' keep my PS pitman arm.. read that upto '72 used the same pitman for PS and manual?

I don't know about changes of pitman arms from PS to MS and vice versa. I know I switched the Demon to 73+ I believe to have more clearance to the oil pan. Those have the taper facing down and it gained me about an 1-1.5"

in like 72 they went from 1 1/8" inch on the steering box splines to 1 1/4"

There was a change but maybe the manual steering box stayed the same???? I will have to go back and check. I had a thread on trying to figure this all out when I first got the car

The manual box stayed the same but the PS box changed.. people were saying you had to get the manual pitman to swap to manual but it looks like the old one will work which saves me $100 :)
 
Granddaughter has tapped me and my rat hole dry of late, prom dress, fingernails getting all fixed up for pictures, and yesterday an outfit for pictures... I love how hard she works and an honor roll student with straight A's.. glad I only have one Granddaughter, two grandsons was a bunch of nickel and dime stuff, well, I am blessed and broke :lol: its just money my wife said... memories are getting expensive I told her :rofl::thumbsup:
