Scammer Alert: calebgrandpa56

I had a feeling he wasn't a scammer due to him being part of the community and welcoming people. But I just haven't heard from him and I 99% sure I got scammed.
Calebgrandpa65 or something like that sent me some emails too about looking for a 39 Chrysler fenders. That was right after I got nearly scammed by a guy off of AAC who was lifting pics off Ebay and using ChatGPT to write his emails.

Edit: I am looking for 39 Chrysler Fenders, guy stopped responding, I wonder if it was because of this.

Same guy maybe?

Where about is this person supposedly from? Was dealing with someone in KY a couple of months ago via marketplace about a truck cab. (At the time anyway) I had the cash and was ready to take my trailer to work and leave straight from there to go get it. And he knew it. I gave him my phone number and asked for his so he could guide me in as it would have been a 6 hour drive one way. at that.point, he just stopped answering me....

His information here said Indiana but all the IP addresses I checked were from California.

That's really annoying. At least he didn't wait until you were 5 hours into the drive to stop answering you.

It doesn't really apply to Mopar guys from what I've seen but with my experience buying other things off of marketplace, I've noticed that people get really creeped out if you try to exchange numbers. It's like they think you can somehow get the keys to their lives the second you get their number. I guess women rarely give men their numbers at bars anymore as well. They exchange "socials".

Which is funny because you can learn a hell of a lot more about someone from their social media than you can their phone number. But hey, people aren't too bright anymore.
