This isn't for the haze but I wash mine with 91% alcohol once or twice and take a new razor blade over the entire glass and wash again once or twice with the alcohol and wax it. It comes out real nice. ps don't use a blade on rear window defroster lines. lol
Also, the Rain-X on my windshield, after a few hundred mile trip, my blades began to rub off on the windshield and vibrate as they were dragged across.
New blades seemed to cure it, but only got a slight drizzle in of use.
