question about mini tub

in every article about how to do mini tubs, i've noticed the hanger that is spot welded to the inner fender is rotated during the middle of the process. does this hanger/support move easily and also when welding it back on, does it need to be in the position angle as before (with triming the bottom)?
 
I'm not sure what "hanger" you're referring to, but I'll give you a bump back up to the top. Are you talking about the seat back braces?

We are just getting started in the mini tub of my dart and I am curious also.
 
the bracket i'm talking about is in the picture. im just curious as if it moves easily and if it does, does it need to be in the same vertical position after mini tub is done?

if i am thinking about the right brace...it will end up higher up on the wheel house , just trim to fit and weld....
