Getting ready to begin engine and 4-speed trans install in my Demon. I know that I'm going to do a lot of trial fitting (bell housing, clutch, z-bar, headers, etc.) so I want to invest in a good trans jack.

Anyone have a recommendation for a store bought or homemade 4-speed trans jack that they have used?

I need to be receiving a bird dog fee from Harbor Frieght.
Many folks spend there money there 408.
I hope it works out great for you and you are proud to have a new tool on the floor:happy10:

I've got that one. Have used it to R&R a 727 and a rear (bad back at the time). A floorjack adaptor would probably be my first choice for the money but it worked well.

I looked at the floor jack adaptor but it was to high at the low setting, plus this adaptor allows use of both the floor jack and the trans jack if I need both at the same time.
