Baseline Settings for new motor??????

Would appreciate plug recommendations for mild 360 engine-plug brand and heat range
Would also appreciate baseline advance settings for distributor-how much advance in distributor in by how many rpm and how many degrees at balancer?

Also have a build I was hoping to get a hp and tq estimate for
-fresh 360 with flattops
-about 9.3 comp ratio
-comp cams 488 int 491exh 106 centerline advertised as high throttle response and strong mid range
-edelbrock performer
-1972 400 cid thermoquad built and jetted for this engine
-stock j heads
-1 5/8 hedman headers
-electronic ignition

Probably in the 310-320hp range with a performer intake. An air gap, RPM or LD340 would be in the 335-350hp area. If you can clean up the bowls on the heads even a little bit, it would help quite a bit.

Very similar build to a friends that dyno'd 350hp and 395tq with cleaned up bowls.
