engine is in primer. ended up finding a performer rpm on marketplace for 100 bucks. cleaned it up and using that so I don't have to make the car non-running just yet. :)
not sure what would be "correct" but to me the dash pad and steering wheel would look much better blue. they look kinda out of place black in my opinion.
he has to have a rant every so often to up his views. did you see the one on aftermarket parts? he does some cool **** and has some knowlege but does some real hack **** too..
bla bla bla... i've run them for many years and have never had an issue. hell the set i took out of the dart a couple years ago were in the rear since the mid 90's and are still fine.
as far as birdsong goes, you don't know what the hell he has done with things.. he does some real...
when switching to large bolt pattern axles in a stock abody housing and using moser axles i never hat to touch the button. not sure since your housing has been narrowed. may be best to call moser.
when we did my fresh 360 we used the prime tool and a 1/4" ratchet. spun the oil pump by hand and achieved 60 psi of oil pressure. while my buddy was spinning the pump i slowly spun the crank until we got oil to both heads. super easy and took only a couple minutes.
you recieved a few very helpful comments on how to make it right. you chose not to listen and half *** it.. hey, its your car, you want to half *** it then so be it.. no sweat off my ***.
they are all wrong though. chrysler spent a ton of time and money engineering the proper pulleys.. they are not the proper pulleys for what you are doing. they are a mess.
like i said with proper tools and knowlege. the guy i quoted made it sound like its impossible and the youtube guys are full of ****. thats just not the fact. i have a good friend that aligns all his stuff in his garage with no special tool.
isn't that the truth. i've seen it time and time agin over the years.. they all want, want, want right up until what they wanted comes out and they see the price.. most then back out and claim its too expensive.. abody guys are usuallt the worst of the mopar guys. only ones worse that...
