    If anyone is interested in the Bernoulli principle and how it explains the 350 fps flow bench velocity number and the 146 cfm/square inch theoretical flow limit let me know. I'll start another post.

    How strong is a T-5 transmission?

    In the 80s, the IROC Camaros had these transmissions in the 305 cars. the 350 cars were automatic only because they didn't trust the T5 to hold up to the 245 HP 350. That is pretty sad.

    Jim, A tight LSA cam with less duration can also idle smooth, see post # 309.... & give more power. Since both cost the same, I will take the one that gives the bonus: more power. Cheers.
