Would this resolve my dead-gauge issue? I figure the voltage gauge thingy gave up the ghost, so I lost the fuel gauge. https://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/threads/solid-state-rallye-gauge-instrument-voltage-regulators-ivr.563985/ Still think I'd be better served to just put a new harness in

    Crane pushrod quality

So I recently read a response in a different thread about Crane pushrod issues. I've installed an older NOS set (supposedly). They are the black ones, ball/cup. Fired up the Googlin' machine and found this, linked below. Anyone else seen/heard this? @Max1196 , @MOPAROFFICIAL @replicaracer43...

    72 Swinger disc kit availability.

Agreed. Have them in my Ragtop. 1" bore size gives you a real hard pedal. I've contemplated try the 15/16" bore MC to soften it up a smidge. @hemi71x occasionally sells sets of KH brakes. If not he can give you some great advice.

Got a new Truck (new to me)

This "Barcelona Red" paint that I had around from another project actually matches the '89 Red pretty good for touching up. So it was a cheep way to get a sealed finish on the repairs for now. Got this ^ at Advance Auto Parts, think O'Reilly's has it too. ☆☆☆☆☆

Prescott is a great area. Cooler at that elevation...and there are trees! Yeah, it got pretty warm down there. Great skydiving weather though.

Got a new Truck (new to me)

Have been using this red oxide primer surfacer from O'Reilly's, pretty good fill and works great as a base with the red truck paint. ☆☆☆☆☆

Got a new Truck (new to me)

Yeah, the '89 had the same gouges as yours. Working here outside in the Sunshine State with limited tools. Reached inside the box side from underneath with a 1/2" drive 12" long extension and pounded out the gouges with a 3 lb. hammer. Got it back close, it had a tear opening it it. Cleaned...

360 stalls on deceleration from throttle blip

My 340 ran 200K on ported vacuum. Ran great too. After rebuilding it and going with Eddy heads I couldn't get rid of my hesitation. Jetting, checking transfer slots, Recurving the Dizzy. Just went to manifold vacuum and wow what a difference. Now I just have to do some light fine tuning.

    Lifter failure

It's possible it was before that, but we'll likely never know. I well remember Lunati having problems with flat cams in the mid to late 80s. They replaced a lot of cams around here under warranty. I knew some guys at a local Chevy oriented machine shop and Lunati is what they ran exclusively at...

    Spark Plug Advice Needed

Thanks all for the coaching. I had my distributer spun by Don at FBO and I just dug up the build sheet on it. It says initial is at 16 degrees. Vacuum timing can is 14 degrees at 14 inches of vacuum. 18 degrees at 3400. I set the timing at 34 degrees at 3400 rpm with the vac advance...

Sorry, I thought there were door linkage pics in there. Do a search, it's not rocket science. 2 bolts/screws hold handle to door and I believe 1 rod.
