IT's chrome, but it's the Mopar Performance chrome replacement. They were very thick and the chrome plating was really good. They are very hard to find to begin with, especially NOS and even rarer to find one for the hydraulic lifter engine, which is what it fits.

Not sure but summit sells these translucent covers for 194 style push in bulbs that change the colors for back lit gauges. They have red , blue and green. Would work in a pinch to make all the same.

So I just replaced all my dash lights with new sockets and LED bulbs, (PCB has been replaced as well) and its still not very bright, it seems those blue diffusers really tend to block the light. Has anyone tried removing them or modifying them to get more light on the gauges? I know one member...
