Car in question is a 1972 Duster 340/4 speed. Back in the day I probably stripped 5 Dusters in years ranging from 1970 to 1972 to save the best of them for this car. When it came time I blasted, primed and painted everything I had and now that I'm in final assembly this piece keeps bouncing...

I was going to say the same. I hit the rivets where they stick out under the dash with a grinder until they're flush and the tag falls off. If you try to drill them from the top the rivet head will catch in the drill bit and spin, tearing up the tag.

A transport full of late model Kias probably wouldn't get a second glance but a trailer full of A body Barracudas would stand out like a sore thumb.

If you still have the factory links just use those for your measurements.

For $6000 it better come with a car attached.

I went with TTIs because the 340 I finally got didn't come with exhaust manifolds at all. My choice was paying a small fortune for stock 340 manifolds or paying a small fortune for shorty headers.
