Hemi swap 6.1L Turnover, Pause Start Issue

How could it be a blown fuse? If the fuse blows, there would be no power at all. His is losing connection and then regaining it. Just asking to understand. I would pull the starter and bench test it's operation (see if you can duplicate). Maybe a faulty ignition switch?

    Upper control arm replacement

You have new upper control arms w/new ball joints, right? If that's the case, whip the old castle nut off the old ball joint and use a separator (post #7) and you're home free. Reinstall in reverse order.

Doug's headers not fitting - frustration

Bob - did you measure where your motor is sitting using TTi specs posted earlier? 70 Dart, 4 speed, manual steering with 1.03 bars. Cleared everything perfectly. At first I didn't have the motor in the right spot and it was hitting one of the TB. So measure first before anything.

A body with an A833 and a Gear Vendor installed

I don't think you'll have a weird tunnel at all. Look up some threads here. The only way I found the OD gesrset was an Motortrend article. I called Jamie about them and I waited like 8 mos. I thought it was going to be the cheapest way to get OD, but after sourcing the actual 4 spd and...

A body with an A833 and a Gear Vendor installed

I can't remember the term he used. Something to do with the face of the gears. I think you're overthinking the trans tunnel mods of either a TKX or a gear vendors. It's not much more than adding in the hump for 4 speed from an auto. Plus have you priced the OD gesrset? It was $2,400 when I...

A body with an A833 and a Gear Vendor installed

I would strongly advise against the OD gesrset. I had the set in my Dart and the shifting was horrible. I couldn't downshift into 2nd without darn near coming to a stop. The entire trans was rebuilt with new syncros/hubs. I tried getting support from Jamie, no dice. Called Brewers and he knew...

Do I wait for the 5 speed?

Don't do the Passing OD 18 spline kit. I did it and the OD ratio is only .80, it isn't significant enough in my opinion. Plus I couldn't downshift into 2nd consistently, so I tried to talk to Passon about it and I didn't get anywhere. I talked to Dan at Brewers and he said he knew those gears...
