I had this issue with my Charger once. Found out that when I installed the brake light bulb (which has two hot prongs), one of the 2 connections in the light socket was grounding out against the inside of the socket itself. Kinda hard to explain but the picture might help.

I installed a new master on my dart and the brakes hung like that. Found metal chips in the master cylinder from machining that were stopping the flow of fluid. Had to disassemble and clean everything.

These can be ordered from dealers, or some restorer shops. But, they are pricey. Stay away from repops, they don't fit and will fight you. Mopar part numbers are 1-02932230.

Thanks guys. Relearning the pcm and a new battery without a dead cell has helped the startup and idle issues but now I'm chasing a bad coil. No idea really what helped the original problem. Dirty connection maybe.

Didn't replace the pcm myself si I assume it was programmed. Can I relearn it at home? No anti theft warning. No warning at all of any kind.

No codes. No warning lights. Battery terminals are cleaned, greased and tight. Grounds have been checked, cleaned and tightened. Not sure what they did to the PCM.

Looks like the key in buzzer diode. Not needed unless you want the buzzer to work
