The longer speedo cable on mine allows me to route it so it comes in straight-er to the 4 speed and route it around headers and other obstacles.

Mine is an original 67 Barracuda 4 speed. The bracket on top of the hump is for bench seat cars only, it prevents the seat from going too far forward.

Exactly. Speedo cable for my Dart, inexpensive (cheap) and I'm on my 3rd one, hoping it will last. An NOS one at 3 times the price I'd be out the same amount, if the 3rd one lasts.

I bought a colored laminated 'placemat' diagram years ago. Very helpful and stays clean. It's for a 67 however the wiper piece is incorrect for 67 but correct for 68.

Imo weld through primer sucks, unless it has zinc, toxic, or copper. If it doesn't, take a small drill bit to the spotweld hole to expose some metal so it will arc.

Fwiw the Weiand tunnel ram is exceptional. I've run it on a 383 with 390s and 600s, 1:1 linkage. I'm no carb expert, so listening to the smarter than me folks above is a good bet. Captain Obvious here, for single, the Performer RPM is the best. I ran that Weiand 8008 and it was ok.

Ditto. Very pleased, lows are low enough to see great without blinding oncoming traffic, highs are bright as heck. I bought H4s that were clearance, marked down, whatever, for dirt cheap, years ago. Look blue when off but light is not.

Looking for the bb fan pulley in the pics. Do not have measurements but appears to be more shallow than my non a/c non power steering pulley. I would also consider the idler pulley in pic as I cannot find mine.
