L code on dash vin plate means it's a 360. Measure the radiator opening between the grille and the radiator. Measurement should be close to 26 inches. How many fan blades do you have?

According to the Chrysler literature, the 65 - 67 9 inch backing plate uses part number 2530076-7. In 1968 those numbers superseded to 2880568-9. Which means any 9 inch backing plate from 65-76 will work. If the last number is even it fits the right side.

Those resistor terminals are the same for 1973 and 1974 Abodies. Go to the 1973 Dodge chassis service manual and look on page 8-170, then diagram CI-33. The green wire in your photo probably goes to the single terminal on the right.

One interesting comment. When you buy the M & H engine wiring harness, you get both the main harness and the smaller harness that goes to the alternator, regulator etc. Back in the 1970's Chrysler sold each section separately. 3588971 was the larger main harness 3764085 was the smaller harness
