I need the radio support bracket for my 70 swinger it is a thumb wheel radio and the bracket supports the radio to the dash frame.if anyone has one let me know.thanks, Jim

check the circuit board where the light sockets twist on they may not look dirty but can definately cause that issue. i had it happen to me.take some steel wool and clean it.i did mine and everything worked perfect.

THE 1383 MOUNTS TO EXISTING PLATE 10-15 MINUTE INSTALL. FIT PERFECT AND WORKS GREAT.1383 PROBABLY A LITTLE CHEAPER COST WISE.

what i found out was the condenser crapped out.i remember over 40 years ago always having to mess with the points thats all there was back then.

i ordered a 1383 kit.just installed it without any issues.car is running better than it did before.very happy now

IT WAS A 9 YEAR CONCOURS RESTORATION.I WANT TO KEEP IT ORIGINAL AND THE PERTRONIX IS MORE RELIABLE.I HAVE INSTALLED THESE ON FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS CARS NEVER HAD A FAILURE.WITH IT I CAN KEEP MY ORIGINAL DIST.
