Looking for some info on what plugs should go in the two holes on each side of the body along the trunk. Something needs to go in there as the holes are outside the trunk seal. Picture attached. Thanks, Mark

Got it thanks. The old pos cable had a green wire going to that flat headed screw plate. The new cables lead is black. Thanks again for everyone’s help!

I just purchased a new pos battery cable for my 71 Demon and was looking for someone who has a pic of the connections next to the battery. Mine has an extra black cable lead at the top close to the battery post that the old cable did not have. Thanks much, Mark

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how the jack spring holds the jack in place and how the tire iron mounts on the pass side of the trunk. The jack instructions aren't much help...lol.... Thanks much! Mark

Thanks, there are two small holes on each side of the trunk lid. Wasn’t sure if anything was supposed to go in those holes. I have the large corner bump stops installed.

Hi, I'm looking for the underside of the trunk lid showing the correct bump stop placement. Id imagine the Dart would have the same bump stops. Thanks, Mark

Hi, I'm putting the finishing touches on a 71 340 Demon I just purchased and it is missing all the seat belts. Not sure why as the most of the rest of the car has been nicely restored. Just looking for some pictures of the seat belt locations if anyone has any. I know I can just pull the carpet...

It is a NOM 340, so I would think its a disc brake car. I'm actually picking it up late next week. The board I ordered does have a small hole in it for the washer. Appreciate the help.

Hello, I'm looking for the correct threaded rod, wingnuts and black cup washer to mount the spare tire in my 71 Demon. I have the correct hardboard cover, jack and jack base. Thanks, Mark

Understood, thanks for the clarification. I think the only part that could have been replaced is the Thermoquad, but it is the correct 71 340 auto part number, and since those carbs are so hard to find, thinking it is the original one. Not sure that makes much difference anyways.... Mark

I have seen NOM used to indicate all numbers matching. It is a numbers matching car, engine, transmission, rad support, fender tag, dash frame VIN tag...I'll change the post to avoid confusion.... Mark

I recently purchased a new throttle cable from PG Classics, and the cable is about an inch too short. I was able to lubricate my old one and it works fine now. The car is completely stock including the TQ carb. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a new one. They go by ezparts4cars on Ebay. Mark

OK Thanks, It has no set screw, so I will try just pulling it off. Worse case is that it gets cut off and I buy a new knob...the gentleman whose cluster I'm rebuilding understands that... Thanks again, Mark

Does anyone have a trick to getting the wiper knob off? I can't take the dash bezel away from the cluster until this knob comes off, and it looks like a press fit. I can't see how to get it loose from the wiper switch shaft without breaking something.... Thanks, Mark
