No, the whole thing. I had all the trim polished and they're about the only things left that have pits. I want to take them off and have them refinished.

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to put it back together tomorrow night so I'll get back to you on Saturday. When disassembling, a portion of the box was duct taped so I'm assuming that clips are missing in that area. Any idea how many are used to hold the box together?

I do travel the highway often but only long stints (2.5 hours) once/year. I get that the rpm diff is minimal but was just looking for feedback from someone who has a similar setup. I will not be drag racing and want to go with a lower gear because the 3.23 doesn't have that put you in the seat...

After further investigation, I think the controls may be working correctly. I was initially thinking that the heat/defrost/temp cables would move their respective controllers throughout the cable travel but they don't. Each moves its respective controller to one of two positions...if this is...
