68 Vent Window Removal - How To?

Anyone remove the vent windows from a 68? If so, any advice for easy removal, is it a pia?
 
My Mazda (may be the same design) had the wing window as part of the front window track and the entire thing came out the top of the door after you got in there behind the door panel and removed the bolts that held the window channels in.
 
No, the whole thing. I had all the trim polished and they're about the only things left that have pits. I want to take them off and have them refinished.
 
I have disassembled 4 doors in the last month and Im getting pretty good at it .

Now I hope I can get them back together and adjusted properly!

Im on my 3rd passenger door trying to find a nice one... I think I finally found a winner!
Figure I can use the peices and parts for a perfect final assembly

The shell is getting blasted as we speak.
