if your old fan doesn't line up too well, find the biggest diameter electric fan setup that will fit. look for a later model setup from a salvage yard [most i have seen have a decent shroud around them]. maybe a universal fan relay kit will run it.

pull out your glove box liner and it will give you some access. at least it does with my 73 non a/c. my core just ran coolant out real heavy the first time i hooked it up memorial day afternoon. a factory service manual will be a godsend for you. good luck!

i have a 73 340 duster with what should be the original shroud.i scored a 5 blade fan from a mid 80's dippy at the boneyard. it doesn't clear the opening in my shroud. i am wondering if there were different diameters of this fan. i guessed they only made it in the one dia. i really don't want to...
