I have a friend that hot shots cars across the lower 48, I can work out a deal to have it shipped if that helps anybody. I would just have to work out a time for him to pick it up and make it to what ever state somebody is in.

No dipstick hole, close up of the freeze plug, caliper measurement of the bore.

It looks to be like a paint of some kind on the freeze plug. I have to get my calipers to see the size also ill look for a dip stick hole. I have a thread in the small block forum trying to help Id most of this stuff. I have other blocks,heads,cranks and lots more that I can't figure out

No vin on the block its blank. And the 340 is .20 over on the tag. The other block is a standard 360 and I didn't move the blocks out to look for a vin on it. The heads are a set of j heads and 360 head. One lone x head and lone 360 also. Do the the 360 heads come stamped with a 360 on them...

The mains are all there, plus I found a set of 4bolt caps for it. The rust is very light and can be rubbed off with your finger.
