First pic.

The boxes 3870812 are W2 heads.

Rockers look like Harland sharps for the same head with offset mounting blocks

The intakes, some will have exactly what they are cast into them (edelbrock/holley) and others may not. Value on those will vary greatly. The one intake with machinist blue on it is a w2 intake.

Blocks will have the usually have displacement in the casting numbers. Look at the sides of the blocks. Also there are a BUNCH of us looking for engines from our cars, if you get the vin off the block, that helps.

Is the vin in the casting?

The vin for the 340 is on the pass side down where the oil pan mounts on a flat surface. The dc heads and rocker assemblies will sell. A google search might help as well.

No vin on the block its blank. And the 340 is .20 over on the tag. The other block is a standard 360 and I didn't move the blocks out to look for a vin on it. The heads are a set of j heads and 360 head. One lone x head and lone 360 also.

Do the the 360 heads come stamped with a 360 on them?

Help I'd more parts, I don't know what the flywheel thing is?

That hub/"flywheel thing" appears to be a solid aluminum balancer/damper, but you can't really call it a balancer or damper because it does neither! Engine might rev a little quicker for a while, but it's a good way to break whatever crank you put it on. Gotta have some type of dampening mechanism, like the rubber strip sandwiched between the hub and outer ring on OEM and most aftermarket balancers if you want proper engine life. Some have run them in some specialized applications, but I wouldn't use it if it were free. Good for recycling, doorstop or conversation piece.

B&M flexplate (gold) is a nice piece. just gotta find the part # & application.
