I'm not sure what's different, but the late model ones like the 75 I posted a picture above, have 2 core radiators that are half the thickness of the earlier ones, but the fan clutch is still almost touching the radiator...something is different, I'm not sure what.

I'm using the OE 4 Pin Ballast resistor. most people agree that the 4 pin is backwards compatible though.

Then one of us got the correct switch in a DS357 box and the other didn't. I spent too much time on this issue, the DS357 is not the correct switch.

Just to maybe help you. This is the 2 speed wiper motor switch out of my 74 Ramcharger. Part Number 2864152 When You push it (about a 1/4 Movement at most) It triggers the electric washer. Then of course there are 2 clockwise positions for Low/Hi on the wiper speed.
