i did my 68 val headliner. not too hard. make sure to lay the bows out in order so they don't get mixed up and never trim until you're satisfied the fit is correct,just like carpet. good luck and take your time.

i'm glad that this may be the source of problem. i'm gonna double check the wire for it on my next day off for any cuts ,fraying, etc.....

i took the dash out and checked all connections and grounds.( i had a bad ground at the licence plate light and fixed that but that shouldn't have screwed up everything else, eh ?). lights are working now! thanks for your help guys!!!!!

the lights died while i was driving, so they worked when i started out.

i've only headlights. no dash, brakes, interior, nothing. suspect the switch and plan to swap it. there seems no sign of wire damage any where.( i've pulled the instument panel out for a better look.

my 68 val lost all lights except for headlights one night driving home. the fuses and bulbs look good and engine is running fine. any suggestions???
