hello the rearend of 73 valiant sets really low on the tires and i was wondering if there is an adjustment for that or does anyone know any cheap but safe fixes

the front drums on my 73 valiant are warped and new ones are arond 100 dollars each however i just replaced the rear drums and pads for less than 75 dollars for both sides why such a difference in price and does anyone have any servicable ones laying around that could be gotten for a reasonable...
