Put a little elbow into cleaning up the engine bay. Happy to see how solid it was under battery tray with no rust issues at. Original engine bay paint still got a little shine to it. Wiper motor in good shape as well. I'm thinking of pulling the motor to regasket it, valve job and seals and...

Dave you were correct! After looking at the tag and removing it I found that it had been flipped around and put on upside down. Paint fade lines matched up and I found some gasket glue on bottom side of tag to keep it in place. I put it back the right way thanks !

The holes and mounting of the emblems looks totally factory which is strange to me

I think at some point someone put on side moldings and the emblems.....I agree there should not be emblems on side it should just be stripes.

Yes there had been some paint work on the car not all original. It is a side stripe and tail panel stripe coded car both in black per the sheet and tag

The car overall is in really decent shape. There are some lousy blended paint spots where some tried to do garage cover up on it lol. Driver side truck drip rail has tiny hole in it, and driver floor has very small spot that's a little soft. It is the car that was on Craigslist -all numbers...
