do I need to glue the glass into the gasket on the rear window? seems like it will fit nice and tight into the gasket once the lockstrip is placed in

anyone know where to find these little nylon things to attach the rear inside trim around the window on a fast back. Also do do you install the glass before you put the trim on?

got my fitech up and running it does have what seems as a lean condition when I get off the throttle for a few seconds and the get back on it. this is with just a few miles on it. should I play with the decal fuel cut off or will it learn through this?
