Hi! :) Oh its definitely the housing...meaning the plastic cable is weeping transmission fluid and has a crack it in about 1/3 of the way down away from the transmission.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone here with all the good info and helped I've received from all of you, I have good news to report.....LACEY LIVES!!! I purchased a motor and pulled the old one out and swapped this one in and it started right up!!! Now its has an oil pump leak which i hear...
