    450 with tranny...truck 4 sp. motor was complete. supposedly had 53 k.. but ... again... its gonna become a stroker... i did hear somewhere that the early 360s were the ones to grab. feel pretty lucky... the motor was 10 mins from my house.. now the fun begins.. what stroker kit do you folks...

    I just scored a running 71 dodge 360.. pretty pumped, this will be the beginning of a stroker for my duster. are these the blocks everyone is looking for? i am wondering if the j heads are 202.s. how do you guys think i did?

    power to manual steering conversion help/suggestions?

    i removed my power steering from my 72 duster as i had a manual box andcoupler needed for the swap. i also replaced the pitman arm and everything else felt tight... i took k it out for a ride and jesus... it was all over the road and steered harder than i can remember any of my other manual...

    lets see... 72 340..original motor to the car. converted to manual trans many ys ago.30 over. balanced and blueprinted 12 to 1 slugs. ported x heads , 4 sp 391s. using the same flywheel it had when motor was built.. as is the balancer. has 68 cast iron bell.new centerforce clutch. motor mounts...

    seems I have a vibration in my motor I am trying to locate.. its there either idling or under power.. thought it was power steering.. now manual.. clutch.. brand new.. trans rebuilt.. new cam, and heads.is it possible the damper slipped? any suggestions?
