driver side i had to add a spacer to mover the header away from the valve cover, passenger side one tube touched shock tower, had to cut it there and will add a piece back to clear with less of a bend. Since moving to Bismarck, ND i had no idea 10 min away from me was every part I ever needed for mopars at The Dakota Connection. Already picked up a few spare 440's and going back for some random parts. He has a massive stock of about anything late 60's to early 70's.

pretty high, close to the height of the intake but they still fit under the hood, ill get back on the header part this weekend they are basically ready to bolt up and ill get some good pics, been on wiring and other parts

Definitely. I had this trans I wanted to convert from shorty, build and test it while I break in the 512 I'm finishing up. I will throw in my fully built with the trans-brake in later when I get the car ready to handle it.

Screech is exactly it, I cleaned everything up and continued to build the trans. I did notice later if I turn the output a little faster it went away. Can't believe I've never noticed this before. Thanks for the reply.

Just sharing info, If you are looking to convert a short tail to a long or need any hard to find parts. A&A has it all in stock as well as reconditioned output shafts and extension housings very fair priced. Get the ID numbers off your trans and match up to what you need.

Ok I’ll be the eBay forward mount turbo header guinea pig. Quality isn’t bad. Flanges are thick. Welds will hold. Looks like a small amount of modification to make em work well. Driver side fits, pass side one tube hits. Here’s a pic for now but I’ll be back. Got a lot of other fun mopar stuff...
