That looks like enough dimensions, let me see what I can draw up. Now that I see the picture I believe it can be printed with the rounded top. I'll post a picture of the drawing first, might take a day or so to get time to do it. Once it looks good then I can print a few samples. Thanks!

So far, full tank and no leaks so that TPU gasket is working fine. I really liked the way it compressed without pinching- the rubber gaskets tend to drag with the lock ring and pinch, when that happens you get a leak.

Well I'm still wondering if it is something I did.....and I understand any manufacturer might have trouble believing that I didn't do anything hard on the clutch. So I understand their position, don't have to like it.

BTW, I was reading Clutch University on the Ram site and it did talk about downshifts when letting the engine idle causing bent straps. I’d expect that would bend all three at the same time….

Thanks, I already tried. They said it was caused by high rpm downshift and wouldn’t do anything about it. I’m not buying that because: never did any high speed downshift and such an event would bend all 3 straps not just one.

I have pin pointed it to the rotating parts- flywheel, clutch, crank, engine internals. It's not the trans or driveline, does it in neutral sitting in the driveway. Ruled out ignition, misfiring, pulleys, external accessories, etc. I replaced the harmonic damper with a Fuidampr hoping that...
