Hey guys, I took a couple weeks away from it all and came to the decision that I'm putting the manual set-up back on. Got some health issues that won't go away and I may have to sell the ol' girl to help cover them. Thanks much for all your inputs!

I didn't see any adjustment/threads, or they are already cranked all the way in.

Check valve was okay. I had a friend who diagnosed the "hard pedal" but he's totally unused to driving the older cars, with OR wothout power assist so there may not be a problem. Unfortunately,I won't be able to test it/drive it myself until next week. Might be a little bit better news then...

I'm betting it is the booster. I pulled the hose off it and the engine died on the spot from the vacuum leak.

Dart 67, had manual drums. I bought a used booster/master assy from someone here. Everything hooked up okay, I DID replace the master with a rebuild as it had a bit too much "junk" in the rear reservoir. We bled the brakes and no vacuum leaks. Still it's a hard pedal. 1.Anything to do with...

Older lines use a double flare, whereas the newer ones are single flared. I don't have a double flaring set-up, plus they can be a bugger to "center" hence it'd be worth it to me to find something already double flared be it straights or preformed.

I totally trashed the brake lines that went from the (manual) master to the prop.valve. What I need now are either some straight 20" brake lines with the CORRECT fittings, taht I can bend into place, or some semi-exact fit replacements. I don't want to install the crappy "adapter" system unless...

Went to a power brake system in my 67 Dart. Hooked up okay as I believe it was a dealer installed unit. But HOW can I relocate the brake light switch? There seems to be no adjustment(s) for it. Different bracket? Add on? Any help appreciated...

Get some goodies lined up before Spring. Namely having the power brake assist ready to go in, and find some bucket seats. As far as working on them.. too chilly, garage too drafty and uninsulated. Need to be in AZ or Florida....=P~
