    I know what the problem is, the cam isn’t turning so it’s either the timing chain or the drive gears or something came loose in that area.

    Bought it 4 weeks ago at Gateway classic cars in Denver. It was running well when I test drove it and ran well for a while after I got it home. I knew that it was built to drag race, all high quality stuff and very well executed. It’s a beautiful car.

    Good question, I’m not 100% sure it’s the chain. It absolutely could be a problem with the cam drive gear. Either way I’m sure it hit the valves so it’s gotta come out. Correct?

    I understand but I’m sure that this is an interference motor so therefore the pistons hit the vaives. So I believe it’s got to come out for repair?
