    Hello, I ordered new trunk extensions for my 73 Scamp and they have these large holes in them. The original ones do not have these (unless totally trusted out)! Seems like it would be better for me to weld a patch and close the hole! Opinions? Facts?

    Hello - need some help.. I am looking to find a source for lower rear quarter panel patch on my 1973 Scamp for rust repair. So far all I can find are full panel skins. Any suggestions? And what other body / patch panels could I use?

    The starting point. Trying to sort out a good rear suspension option. The current setup is cheapo long shackles on worn out springs!!! Seen a lot of comments on Hotchkiss.

    Hi all, I hear this is the place to engage for advice. I just purchased a 73 scamp for my son and I to restore. The ToDo list is pretty long already :). The slant 6 was replaced with the 318 mated to a 904. So a good start! Looking forward to the adventure!
