OK I have a 70 Dart with 9in drums, (don't worry I'm replacing them with disks), but I don't know where to measure to determine if it is a 4" or 4.5" bolt pattern. Any advise on how to measure the bolts or at least where to measure to and from. :snakeman:

Does anybody know if they are immediately compatible? The only difference I can tell is the bar running down the middle. Has anyone tried switching them? The reason I want to do this is I think it would look better with the snorkel I'm putting on the hood.

I've seen adds for american muscle brakes, which says its "new" drum brakes are as good as disk brakes. Anyone try them or know if their claim is accurate? They are litterally about half the price of doing a drum/disk conversion, but I wanted to hear it from someone who tried it first

What's Splatter paint? If that's whats in the pic of the trunk, then I'd like to do that to my trunk. Is it something you can get at a normal hardware store? Any special coating that needs to be done or anything like that?

Thanks guys, First answer, I got the car from a dealership (I know, right). An older gentleman, I believe the first owner, turned it in as a trade in. I won the car on ebay, I just drove up and got the car on Wednesday. So the engine pic was from the ebay ad. Second comment/question, Yeah...
