Looking for a good left side fender/door jam splash shield for a 69 Barracuda.

I have a 69 Barracuda which came with the metal fender splash shields for the door jam. I've heard of people replacing them with the 73 up plastic shields. Has anyone done this swap ? Any modifications required ? Thanks !
