    Nice thread, very good idea. I had my radiator made , at about double what you can buy one for now. It is a Wizard cooling, and it was bout $800. I bought a couple electric fans off of ebay, and mated them, with a bracket I made myself. Cost for fan assembly was about $90.

    My 2 cents: I think you are treating the symptom, instead of the problem. The later style aluminum water pumps, pull from the passenger side of the radiator, instead of the drivers side, like the early cast iron units. Is it running lean? It sure sounds like it to me. Can you read a plug?

    I wouldn't be concerned with using that one. When I put the new Wizard radiator in my car, I got serious sticker shock when looking at the ready to go fan set ups. Wow, they are trying to hit a home run with them. I bought two 12 inch, similar to your link, married them together side by side...
