    Has anybody tried Freeze-12?

Thanks for the replies, I think I'm gonna try it. It's not actually for my Scamp, but for a 1986 Mustang GT convertible I bought for a driver. Gotta have A/C, you can't have the top down all the time. It will burn you up on a sunny day!!

    Has anybody tried Freeze-12?

I've been looking into this stuff as an R-12 replacement and was wondering if anybody had actually used it and if so what your experiences are. I'm just really not feeling switching to R-134a, unless there's just no reasonable alternative.

    Afco Radiators

I used one in the Scamp and have been perfectly pleased with it. I bought a universal chevy style 22" and had brackets welded on it and mounted it to the holes that the original radiator had used. No more heating up in traffic!!

There were just a few nuts under the hood on the firewall, and there's one rod that runs up into the cowl vent that has a nut on the bottom near the right kickpanel, way up high, that...

    What radiator?

Goody, is that electric fan built into that shroud? Or did you just do an excellent job of fabricating it? By the way, I'm sure glad that I don't have to deal with that kind of heat very often here in Ohio, the older and fatter I get the less I like heat!!!
