what wires are suppose to be hot besides black and red one to the ammmeter? the only thing working is my horn and starter turns over if you jump the relay. i have no power at all to the ign switch or the lights

i replaced forward wiring harness now i have no power at ign or light switch. shouldn't the yellow at both be hot if so where does it get power? the best i can tell it goes to the starter relay. could relay be bad? car ran fine before i changed harness, any help appreciated i'm about to pull...
