    750 Holley Double pumper

I've got a 750 DP on my 340. Runs great and I don't have any complaints about the fuel economy. Tried a 750 Edelbrock and a 670 Street Avenger and didn't like either of them.

How many CFM for my 340?

I've had an Edelbrock 750, Holley Street Avenger 670, and now have a 750 Holley double pumper on my 340 in my Duster. The 750 DP is by far the best driving and quicker carb out of those 3. I have no trouble driving it on the streets even having an auto trans. I do have 4.10 gears though.

    another M-1 vs Airgap question

I have a 750 DP carb on my 340 in my Duster and I haven't had any drivability issues with it. I drive quite a bit in town and the throttle response and low end torque are just fine. This carb actually works better than the 670 Street Avenger I tried out.

Anyone run an Edelbrock Performer 750 carb?

Thats the build I used when deciding what to do to my 340. Except I used a Torker 340 intake instead of the Air Gap since it was basically given to me. I really wanted a speed Demon carb but its out of my budget since I'm trying to finish the car. I did buy an Edelbrock carb cheap off ebay...

Anyone run an Edelbrock Performer 750 carb?

If so are they easy to tune and get to run good? Are they better than an original Carter AVS from off a 440? Which do you think would work better? Thanks for the help. I'm set to get the Performer but my dad says the AVS will work better.
