    Hey gentlemen I'm in the process of installing a spacer on my Edelbrock carb and am curious as to how tight the longer carb studs should be tightened? Is finger tight okay? Do I need to use any gasketcinch on these studs or on the spacer?

    Yup I backed them out 1 1/2 turns then basically adjusted until my idle was pretty smooth. As for temp I am purely going by my temp gauge in the car. I was going to come back with better info but my batteries to my laser temp gauge are out. :(

    I plan on keeping my car forever and using it as a daily driver. With that said why not go to EFI? On a rarely used strip ride I wouldn't spend the money. However on a daily hell yes!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hmmmmmmmm I'll check that too because I'm very close to giving up on T-Quads all together and going with a good old Edelbrock. This car is going to be driven A LOT and I want a smooth running engine that's dependable.
