Yep that's the accelerator pump most likely the diaphragm is bad a rebuild kit will fix it

What does the inside of the tank look like if it's rusty you may want to replace it. Also I have seen cases were trash plugs up the elbow or other fittings in the fuel system. If it leaks fuel it will suck in air make sure no connections are leaking. I don't believe it has a filter sock in the...

I think keenserts outside threads are the next up bolt size so they don't require a special tap. Brian

May want to change the power valve in my experience a blown power valve will cause fuel to drip out the venturies at idle. Also too low of a number power valve will do the same. Brian

Fill it slower this is a common problem with early A's the filler necks and tank venting is not up to modern gas pumps. Brian

After the repairs if you continue to drive the car the check engine light will go out after the car goes thru a complete drive cycle and it finds nothing else wrong. Or you can clear the codes with a scan tool. If your car is due for emissions inspection I would let it go out on it's own...

The 1st one is the bowl vent the 2nd one appears to be for a feedback solenoid in a later application. Brian
