I would bolt the brackets in place, use those rubber tipped long reach clamps, clamp them up and do lots of measurements and adjustments till you get them where you want them. I think they are the cover up the rust repair. I cut mine out and welded in new metal. I figured since I intend on keeping the car as long as I live or can keep it going I wasn't covering up anything that would come back to haunt me. My .02

There is uaually a valet switch you can push in combination with turning the key switch on and off to disarm it. I would call a local stereo/alarm installation shop they can probably help you out.

These are AAR Quality Fiberglass. The hood is no problem..mine was pretty much just one good coat of 2k and block sanding. The fenders take a little work to make them fit right. Overall quality is good.

Like he said ...glass hoods are $600. I warped mine and was being exremely careful to stay away from the outer skin.

Roof rail is the name I found when I ordered the new rubber. It is the metal rail that holds the gasket that the top and back side of the door glass seals against. Yes that looks like the rail in the picture. Do you happen to have a diagram that shows it better or in more detail? Guess I'm...
